Sinks for Food-Based Lab Work

Working around food means a lot of cleanup and sanitation. For this laboratory, PSA designers created a setup with epoxy counters and a stainless steel sink. The epoxy is safe for work with food, heat, and moisture, a major benefit. The sink has three compartments for washing food, beakers, or hands without cross-contamination. We supplied two different casework for the lab: one with drawers and one with cabinets. There are even two smaller cabinets to fill the corner space.
